The Beached Whale - Temporarily Closed
Located right on Estero Boulevard on Ft Myers Beach, this favorite of visitors and residents alike, has something for everyone. Indoor and outdoor seating, so you can enjoy the fresh Florida Sunshine, all the while people watching those going up and down the beach area.
The "Whale" as it's known, has an extensive menu of BBQ and seafood baskets, as well as full entrees. Their Happy Hour is also generous, featuring it's famous Whale Wings, flat breads, ceviche, seared tuna and of course peel and eat shrimp.
Out on the patio, you can enjoy live music, most nights. With new artists and favorites as well.
You can also head upstairs to the "Lookout Lounge" and get a birds-eye view of all the fun below. Watch the sunset over Times Square or catch the game on big screen behind the bar.
